Welcome to Concord Design and Build. The owners and managers of Concord Design and Build, Edward Baruch and Frank Rasouli, both graduated with honors from the George Brown College of Building and Renovation Technology.
When Edward and Frank began their careers in home renovation, they founded a small business that focused on remodeling and upgrading existing structures. However, our business and scope of work expanded, leading us to co-found Concord Design and Build, which offers high-end home design and construction, as well as renovations of existing structures.
Between Edward and Frank, we have 12 years of home building and renovation experience. We have always strived to bring our clients the very best, and have been proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area for over 12 years.

Gathering a detailed understanding of the project allows our professional contractors and designers to plan not only accurately but also go above and beyond our clients’ expectations.
We will never design, remodel or construct anything for you that we wouldn’t live in ourselves. Though tastes vary we build with quality and longevity in mind.
We offer a full two-year warranty on renovation projects performed by our company. Whenever possible, we recommend and utilize earth and environmentally-friendly products and techniques.
